Equine Assisted Coaching and Equine Assisted Learning

…What exactly is this and how can you benefit in working with Charlotte and Tim?

For the Individual… Let’s imagine you have had an accident with your horse.  Maybe things were going really well out doing what you normally do in trail riding, showing, competing, etc.  You may have had physical injury that has since healed.  Bandages are off, no more cast, and you no longer walk with a limp.  Maybe the vet checked your equine partner as well but found nothing out of the ordinary.  He’s going about his normal day, eating and pooping like equine do, or so it seems.  He seems healthy, with the exception he’s a bit reluctant to come around you.

Even though any physical injury has healed, the psychological scars still persist.  Even though you and your equine have healed physically, with maybe a little ache or just feeling a bit off and you’re given the ok to ride again, you still haven’t.

Now what do you do?

This is where we come in!  We work to get you back in the saddle, healthier and better than before.

For the group…  Let’s imagine you and your family, team, or co-workers have been struggling to get along together or work together effectively.  Maybe something happened that now impacts your feelings towards one another.  Maybe new members came onboard and others are having a difficulty accepting them.  Or maybe you never really clicked with each other and you realize this is preventing everyone from progressing to their full potential.  Whatever the issue, we can help you resolve it!

How do we do this?

Here are some of the tools in our toolbox…

We utilize our skills and training in Coaching as well as our skills and training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) to put together a very effective method of helping people and groups of people make positive changes to enhance their lives.
